ARGENTINA-CHILE: Santiago reacts to new fuel surcharge

The government of Chile is up in arms about what it considers sneaky behaviour by its counterparts across the Andes. Smarting already from the higher price it will have to pay for the gas it imports from Argentina, it has now to deal with a sudden Argentine decision to impose a surcharge on fuel sold to vehicles with foreign licence plates.
